For all the ages and all the levels, in collective courses for a few days, in particular lessons for you and your friends or in intensive training course, a monitor of the ESF will be always there to give you the councils which make the difference and to enable you to acquire the specific techniques.

Some monitors of the French ski school are specialized in the training of the snowboard. They will bring you from beginning level to confirmed level, of the skidded turn to the cut support, from the simple 180° nose slide to the most improbable tricks. All that while passing from the green slope, to secured freeride in large spaces of this resort of the puigmal and by the snowpark of "l'estaque" and "prat of tosse".
